IBM ICE Day 2025 is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
General Guidelines
- Treat all participants, mentors, judges, and organizers with respect and professionalism
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
- Keep discussions constructive and relevant to the event
Ethics & Fair Play
- All work submitted must be original and developed during the event
- Plagiarism or using AI-generated code without modifications is prohibited
- Teams must acknowledge sources if external code, datasets, or APIs are used
- Any form of cheating will result in immediate disqualification
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Respect your teammates and communicate openly
- Every team member should contribute actively
- No external assistance outside of registered participants and mentors
Communication Guidelines
- Maintain professional language in all event communications
- Do not spam, troll, or engage in disruptive behavior
- No sharing of offensive or inappropriate content
Technology Usage
- No unauthorized hacking or exploitation of event infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with ethical hacking principles
- Respect other teams’ work and intellectual property
Disciplinary Actions
Violations may result in:
- Warning from organizers
- Disqualification from the event
- Reporting to relevant authorities
