    General Event Information


  • The event will be held on February 10th and 11th, 2025. Venue details and complete schedule will be shared with registered participants.

  • The event is open to all BCA and BSc students. Different events are organized year-wise to ensure appropriate participation levels.

  • Registration can be completed here. Also you can click on the “Sign Up Now” card above to begin the registration process.

  • Year-wise Events


  • First-year BCA and BSc students can participate in the Technical Handmade Poster Presentation competition. Guidelines for poster creation and presentation will be provided upon registration.

  • Second-year students can participate in:

    • Capture the Flag (CSF track)
    • Dashboard Presentation (DA track)
    • Model Building (AIML track) Choose your track based on your interests and expertise.
  • Third-year students will participate in the Project Presentation event. Projects should demonstrate practical application of their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

  • 24 Hours Hackathon


    • Teams should consist of 3-5 members
    • Cross-program teams (BCA and BSc) are allowed
    • Each team must register together with a unique team name
  • Teams can choose from the following domains:

    • AIML
    • Data Analytics
    • Cyber Security & Forensics
    • Blockchain
    • IoT
    • Cloud Computing
    • MERN Stack
  • Projects will be evaluated based on:

    • Innovation and creativity
    • Technical complexity
    • Practical applicability
    • Presentation and documentation
    • Code quality and implementation

    • Complete working solution/prototype
    • Source code repository
    • Project documentation

  • General Guidelines


    • College ID card
    • Registration confirmation
    • Signed consent form (for hackathon participants)
    • Any additional documents specified for your chosen event
    • Technical mentors will be available during the hackathon
    • Event coordinators will be present at all venues
    • Support desk will be operational throughout the event
